Aretha Minor is the program manager for the Utah College Advising Corps. She joined UCAC after serving in educational positions in California and Utah. She served as diversity outreach coordinator at Westminster College. She has also served as an Upward Bound instructor, an Equal Opportunity Program (EOP) 100 Instructor and a Peer Adviser. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology and Black Studies from California State University Long Beach and is currently completing a Master's in Educational Leadership and Policy at the University of Utah. On her work with UCAC: "Our deepest commitment is to ensure that all Utah high school students are aware of and participate in the various higher education opportunities available to them."
